our satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order does not meet our high quality standards, returns are easy. We will be happy to replace the defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order.
First, call us at 1 (800) 531-5316 to get a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.
Next, simply return any defective items back to us along with a copy of your original invoice. Returns must be made within 30 days. UPS has an outstanding delivery record, but if you do not receive your order on time please contact us immediately. Any claims of missing merchandise must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines.
